ThatвЂ™s the happiness score, basically, are you happier or satisfied with what youвЂ™re getting? NPS. And, you know, so metrics such as overall membership, and member retention, member NPS scores, these are all metrics that we follow closely, of course. And, you know, as we are now a year and a half into BNI onlineвЂ™s life, we of course have kept a very close eye on some of the KPIs, some of the metrics that drive our business.ДЄnd KPIs, for those of you who donвЂ™t know, is a Key Performance Indicator, the things that drive our business, as Sam just said. But of course, you know, through the pandemic, we were able to enjoy a lot of success in a lot of ways using BNI onlineв„ў exclusively as the meeting format platform. So, you know, of course, BNI onlineв„ў was formed out of necessity after a few years of the organization recognizing the potential power of it for the future of BNI. Talk a little bit about BNI onlineв„ў and why you think it is effective.ДЄbsolutely. Thank you very much, Ivan, for that introduction. I canвЂ™t think of anyone better to have on to talk about BNI onlineв„ў and Hybrid Chapters. He conducts customer research and manages projects geared toward driving BNI innovation and increasing member value. He helped chapters around the world transition to the online meeting format at the start of the pandemic and has continued to provide day-to-day customer support to ensure a quality meeting experience. And actually a little bit before that with some of the countries in Asia but globally, it expanded in March. He has been involved with BNI Online since its inception in March 2020.
